📋 SIGN-UP RULES
⏰ The sign-up list will automatically become available each Thursday at 7:00 PM. Simply add your name to the list once it's open.
🙋♂️ There are 32 player spots available for 4 courts.
🙅 Anyone signing up after the 32th spot will be placed on the waitlist automatically.
✕ CANCELLING YOUR SPOT
😔 If you need to cancel, message the host directly, they will remove your name from the list.
🚨 As club policy requires a minimum of 48 hours to cancel a court, the deadline to remove your name is Monday 8:00pm. This is required so that we can cancel courts on an as needed basis.
🙏🏻 If you need to cancel after Monday at 8:00PM, it’s your responsibility to ask the next person on the waitlist if they can take your spot.
😫 If no one is available to replace you, you are responsible for paying your share of the court fee (you will not be charged the bird fee).
💰 COST
🪶 Birds will be provided and will be counted at the end of the day. Each bird costs $4.50. The more we use, the more everyone pays. Please try to use the same bird until it no longer flies properly. This way we can keep the cost as low as possible.
➗ The bird fee and court fee will be split evenly among all players. The cost will be calculated and sent out at the end of the session.
